A movement therapist through yoga, pilates and personal training for over 25 years, and an RMT since 2014, I love all things anatomy and physiology. I dare say, it is my passion. I am a deep believer in community – community with other humans, community of the heart, community within our bodies! Our whole cannot be well if one part is neglected.
My Massage Therapy treatment style incorporates myofascial release, trigger point pressure release, blended with active and passive movement. I do my best to get to the source of your pain and discomfort, movement inefficiencies, and work with you to move back into balance and optimal musculoskeletal health.
My work and recreation dovetail through my curiosity for back country backpacking, road biking, my yoga studies, nutrition, mindful living. I do my best to give myself unscheduled white space in my life so I can create, play, and do not much at all. See you soon in my treatment room!
